Welcome to BEMAKES.

I am originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I grew up in a quiet southern suburb with all of the simplicity and ease of that idyllic, mid-western youth.  It does exist. Or, at least, it existed then.

After high school, I moved to Montana to attend college, pursue digital art, and ski. Montana holds a very special place in my heart and mind. I spent 7 years exploring the mountains, canyons, trails, scree fields, valleys, and far flung towns. That time in Montana will always be special. It was a place where I felt free.

In 2003, I moved to Los Angeles and In 2005, I started an animation & graphic design company called Longerday Productions, Inc, primarily focusing on animation for the entertainment industry. Running this small business has been my life ever since.

Currently, I reside in the northern neighborhood of Tujunga.  It is still a (surprisingly) little known enclave, tucked between the Verdugo Mountains and the giant San Gabriel Mountains; a gateway to the vast national forests that border LA's northern limits.

In 2017, my partner Lindsay and I welcomed our son, Magnus, into the picture.
